Mission Health: Prevention100 Campaign

Dear Friends, Family, and Supporters,

I’ve taken a step of faith in helping to launch the Access Health & Wellness Association Foundation and its flagship program, Mission Health: A Prevention Generation Initiative. Our mission is simple but powerful; to help prevent and reduce the chronic disease epidemic that is impacting so many lives, especially within underserved communities across Central Florida and the country.

Through Church, Civic, and City Chapters, we will provide free health screenings for, early detection, treatment referrals, and vital education to empower people with tools for prevention and long-term wellness.

Right now, I need your personal help to keep this effort moving forward. The churches I’ve met with are truly excited about the opportunity to reach and serve those in need through this health-centered outreach.

I’m asking 100 friends and family members to commit $50 per month for 6 months ($300).

Your support will:

•      – Provide essential screening tools and equipment for life-saving community health events
•      – Fund educational materials and outreach for prevention awareness
•      – Help sustain leadership support as I work to secure major grants and philanthropic partners
