Stand With Us In Our Fight Against Chronic Disease

The chronic disease crisis in the U.S. disproportionately impacts the lower socioeconomic class in profound and far-reaching ways.

Our mission is to empower individuals and communities across the United States by expanding access to preventive care, education, and resources that reduce the burden of the nation’s most common and treatable chronic diseases. We are committed to improving health equity, promoting wellness, healthier lifestyle options, education, awareness and affordable care. We will drive sustainable change through partnerships, innovation, and compassionate outreach, especially to the underserved communities and low-income neighborhoods.

AHWA Foundation believes ALL people should have access to solution-oriented providers focused on the Wellness of the patients they serve.  This has been our commitment to the Central FL community we have served for over 40 years.
