Our mission is simple but powerful; to help <strong>prevent and reduce the chronic disease epidemic<\/strong> that is impacting so many lives, especially within <strong>underserved communities across Central Florida and the country<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Through <strong>Church, Civic, and City Chapters<\/strong>, we will provide <strong>free health screenings for<\/strong>, early detection, treatment referrals, and vital education to empower people with tools for prevention and long-term wellness.<\/p>\n<p>Right now, I need your personal help to keep this effort moving forward.
